TIF Districts in Grant County WI

Many of our communities have existing Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) Districts. Usually TIF is utilized to discount the price of land in our industrial parks to as low as $1 per acre. Additional incentives may be offered by the municipality to a business based on the economic impact.
