Operational Efficiency: Systems and processes can make or break a business.  In an era when it’s necessary to do more with less, you need to make sure you are continually improving your operation.  I work with leaders to find ways to maximize efficiency and eliminate outdated procedures.

Executive Coaching:  Most owners started their companies seeking freedom from the daily grind while maximizing their income. Over time they often find themselves trapped in daily tasks and putting out fires which limits growth.  They essentially create their own prison from which they don’t know how to escape.  I work with owners of closely held or privately held companies to put the work in the hands of the people hired to get the job done.  Leaders are coached how to effectively delegate and hold accountable while giving up work tasks. This frees them to focus on growing the company and spending time where its most important to them.

Succession Implementation:  As the owner ages they wonder what to do with their biggest asset; their business.  Too often, leaders wait until the last moment prior to the sale before planning their exit.  Planning for the next chapter takes time, patience, and designing their business to be autonomous from their control.  Thriving companies that don’t require owner involvement are far more valuable and easier to sell.  I assist leaders with creating and implementing a plan to structure a turn-key business they can walk away from when the time is right.  In addition I help them figure out their own next chapter to maximize their quality of life.
