Local Private Investor Funding

Grant County has several local private investor groups who are looking to invest money into a business project. One primary area of interest is constructing a building to the businesses needs and then leasing the building in a long term lease OR a lease to own agreement with the business.

The investor groups are well funded, and are networked with area construction contractors who can construct a building in a very timely manner.
